Jeffrey Bergamini
Jeffrey Bergamini is a professor of Computer Science at Cabrillo College. In addition to B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo, he completed part of a PhD program at UC Davis. His previous teaching experience includes several years lecturing at Cal Poly and as a full-time faculty member at Mendocino College, and he has also worked as a programmer and sysadmin for organizations such as Microsoft, UC Davis, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and UAW. Since arriving at Cabrillo, he has earned an A.A. degree in Spanish, served on Cabrillo's Technology Committee, served as a council member in and representative the Cabrillo College Federation of Teachers, and also worked as a lecturer in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at UCSC.

Computer science pedagogy, geospatial computing, distributed/parallel systems, online privacy and anonymity, civil rights in digital systems, self-organizing/P2P systems, operating system kernels, information security and assurance.
